Kiran brings a thoughtful, analytical and strategic approach to help organizations drive customer growth alongside building customer success and experience – one that reflects how the industry and the interaction models, between customers and their service providers, are changing.

A thought leader in the financial services industry, she built verteXD based on years of leadership experience at some of the most innovative companies such as Deloitte Consulting, Fidelity Investments and most recently as Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at Citizens Bank.

Kiran earned her MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at University of Maryland College park, her MS in Applied Mathematics from Clemson University, and her BS in Mathematics from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), India.
